Francis Cramer-Roberts

The Rt Rev Francis Alexander Randal Cramer-Roberts, DD[1] was an Anglican Colonial Bishop in the late 19th century.[2]

Born in 1840 or 1841, Francis Alexander Cramer Roberts was educated at Rugby and Trinity College, Cambridge and ordained in 1865.[3][4] After curacies at Frant and Hawley he held incumbencies at Ross-on-Wye and Blindley Heath. In 1878 he was elevated to the Episcopate as Bishop of Nassau,[5] serving for seven years. On his return to England he was Vicar of Milford on Sea and finally Archdeacon of Blackburn.[6] He died on 9 February 1901.[7]
